We saw that video too... after we ordered ours! We were a bit concerned, and had determined to take it back if there were any issues (2 months ago). However, I am happy to report that we are extremely pleased with the quality of the oven. We bake a fair amount, and have had the exact opposite experience from the video. This oven bakes more evenly than our old dual fuel Jennair or a recent LG purchase that we returned... yes, we're that picky. :-) Additionally, we are also very pleased with the stove top and the design of the grill.
