We were looking for the same thing and had a very hard time finding many downdraft, slide-in options. We ended up buying this range, along with the Samsung over-the-oven microwave that we use for venting. I went to HD and had a half inch thick, 8x8" scrap of wood cut. When the installers removed my old downdraft oven, I screwed this little panel onto the ground over the vent hole. I was afraid that it might interfere with the bottom drawer sliding, but it did not. So that's the end of the downdraft.

Thanks for your interest in the NX58H9500WS. Samsung does not currently have dual fuel or downdraft models available.
