• Check with your installer. But, I see no reason why you couldn't raise the floor underneath the oven with either some plywood or tiles. Just make sure you can still fit the anti tip bracket. If you're concerned about heat, smooth type cement backer board might be a good option over 3/4" plywood. You could paint the leading edges of the board and ply a flat black so they'd be pretty much invisible.
