A:AnswerI simply reach down to the top of the drawer and pull it outward! There should be a groove in the top of the drawer that you can reach into to pull the drawer out with.

A:Answerif its gas oven it would need to be 110 volts , if its an electric oven it would need to be 220 volt. I just had that issue at my house, make sure of what you have because if you plug a gas oven range into a 220, it will damage the range.
