• If you read the manual, you will see the instructions to REMOVE THE DOOR and how to put it back. It is a little tricky but if you follow the instruction carefully the door will fit correctly and you will hear it snapping into place.

• I'd like to help with this, rlmlp. I recommend using this link (https://bit.ly/303pZKg) to download a copy of the User Manual. Pages 66 and 67 describe how to remove and replace the oven door. You can use this information to make sure the door is seated properly allowing it to close all the way. ^Jecca
