“I heard from another website review that when the oven is used the exterior from top to bottom, including the the knobs are so hot that it is hazardous to children or anyone touching. Is there a lot of heat coming from the stovetop area and knobs?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I only heated my new stove up for a half hour and checked only the sides since I had stuff on sides and sides didn’t hardly get hot. Didn’t check top but made my kitchen very hot as a stove does.
