I'm so glad you asked! This range has both standard bake and roast, as well as convection bake and roast. The standard modes will function as most ovens. The convection modes use a convection fan at the back of the oven to circulate hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity so that food is evenly cooked and browned in less time.
