Our range came with a griddle that fits over the central burner. We bought it new and it was packed inside the oven in a flat box. My wife has already cooked on it, Pancakes and eggs. She loves it. If your range doesn't have one on it, I'm sure you could get one from Samsung. My wife loves the range as it is the first gas range we have had in 35 years. Just never lived where gas was available until just recently. Hope this helps you.
