Regarding your concern, as a safety precaution, your range's door will lock when the oven gets too hot. This is to prevent any possible injuries. If your oven is cool, you may have Child Lock turned on or need to power cycle the range to unlock the door. Here are the steps you need to do: 1. Allow the oven to cool down. 2. Power on the range. 3. Power cycle the range at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds. Then, power it back on. Here is the link to further assist you.
