A:AnswerI had similar clearance concerns with the side lips of the range, the top of my countertop is 35.5" however there's enough clearance between the countertop and the lip of the range. The minimum height of the lips, as you stated, is 36.19 so you should be okay. The range can also be adjusted up 1" if needed.
BTW, I'm really happy with the range, It took a minute getting used to the higher output of the burners but once I adjusted it cooks like a champ.

A:AnswerI don't know what the coating is but have cooked with cast iron for years and use metal spatulas on my grill with no bad effects. Like any other cast iron if you scrape to hard you may have to reseason it.
A:AnswerYes. Sometimes when I reach in the top cabinet and brush again the panel turns it on, or when I clean it as well. I had the knob once or twice turn accidentally as well.
A:AnswerYes, we purchased the extended warranty. Our stove had a dent in the door when we got it and they offered to replace the whole range, but we said just the door would be fine so they ordered a door and had someone come out and install it!
A:AnswerHi there gbmc! There are actually a few things that could be causing your range to take longer than normal to heat up. This link (https://bit.ly/3ycFMY6) can walk you through what steps to take. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/3yeq2Uq) that has detailed information about the causes of different sounds you may hear from the range. ^Jecca
A:AnswerDoes not have musical chimes. However, when the oven preheat temp is reached you get a single chime. And if you set a cook time, you’ll get 1 chime with 10 minutes of cook time left and another chime when cook time is complete. Hope this helps.
