Hi Sandy, I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your range. The NE58F9710WS doesn't have an "oven cooling fan". It does have convection fans, which are difficult to actually see turning because they turn off when the door is opened to prevent the hot air from being expelled from the oven. When the door is closed, the fans are designed to cycle on periodically to maintain the set temperature and circulate the hot air, depending on which mode is selected. There is also a cook top fan that cycles on as needed to cool the electric cook top, but this is located inside the cook top and wouldn't be visible to you without disassembling the Range. Based on this information, I would suggest contacting either 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG for assistance determining whether service is necessary to resolve your issue. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine kicks in intermittently. It doesn't always run, but it's not supposed to. It senses when the air needs to circulate as temps adjust for even heating. I had other brand convection ovens and they all acted this way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It runs when you use convected cooking and also whenever it wants to cool down the oven after the oven turns off, which is just about all the time. Ignore it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
