The NE59J7630SW features True Convection, which includes a heating element paired with a fan in the back wall of the oven to help circulate heat more evenly and thoroughly, saving time and energy (up to 30% faster cooking times compared to conventional ovens). Detailed instructions for using this and other features are included in the User Manual which is available as a pdf file on Samsung's website for easy reference. If you're unfamiliar with convection, I would definitely suggest reviewing these instructions since there are some differences you should be aware of compared to a conventional oven. For example, the Auto Convert feature will adjust your set temperature down by 25°F when Convection Bake is selected, and baking times will likely be faster, as well. It's generally recommended that you start checking for done-ness approximately 70% of the way through the conventional baking time indicated in the recipe since the actual time needed can vary. - Ms. Samsung
