• Hi Towboat cookie, Cast iron isn't recommended for use with ceramic glass cook tops, but you can refer to more information on this and other types of cookware on page 21 of the NE59J3420SB User Manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website. • I wouldn't recommend it because the stove top is glass and the heavy cast iron pots and pan could possibly scratch the glass top.

• As long as the bottom of the pots are smooth and flat there shouldn't be a problem. The top of the stove is ceramic glass, so you don't want to use anything that's grainy on the bottom or that wobbles as it might scratch the surface.
