• Our Vizio takes M4-20. But it does seem to depend on your TV.

• As mentioned each individual wall mount probably has alot to do with it, but the manual I believe gives a max length into the back of the TV, to protect from too long a screw hitting a circuit board or other internals. From what I recall seeing. Good luck.

• It depends on the tv bracket but on mine I used 1 inch screws
