“Does anyone else have this problem where you hook up an iPhone with an adapter and htmi cord to the tv. And instead of showing Orange it shows a red ish orange instead. And you know it’s supposed to be orange”

That is a problem a lot of devices have. Monitors display a combination of red, green, and blue. Orange can be difficult for some displays because there is no true yellow. I haven't noticed this on this TV, but I have seen this on other displays in the past. I would also check your HDMI cord and any connections.
