• 6 series were 2018 model, 7 series is 2019

• For me, the main reason to go with the 7 series was the Bluetooth audio support, as I like to use my Bluetooth headphones at night when watching TV. I believe the frame and the support are a little higher quality on 7s. There might be other small things that were not important for me, as HDMI inputs.
