The images were fuzzy and the color was very dull and flat. We adjusted the picture contrast and color, but the images did not change, so we turned off the TV and decided to deal with it later. The next morning when we turned on the TV, the picture was perfect--it was clear and the colors were exactly as we wanted. Perhaps the explanation is that it was necessary to turn off the TV in order to reprogram the changes we had made. Good luck.
