I'm not sure the power output of the TV's USB port, since it's expected to power a USB storage device like a flash drive for showing pictures and videos or installing firmware updates manually. For a 4K streaming device like Roku Ultra or Chromecast Ultra, I'd suggest using the power supply it came with or a USB power supply that's rated high enough to power it.
