“I have had this tv since February 2021 and I really like it, but yesterday captions showed up. I did not set the captioning and went to settings and tried through the Cc/VD button to get rid of it. Is there another way to get it to go away?”

Hi Lynn - To activate or deactivate the Caption function, go to Home > Settings > General > Accessibility. Select Caption Settings, and then select Caption to turn captions on. Select it again to turn them off. ^Gina
