Hi Chica! The TU7000 features two HDMI inputs for connecting external devices. Make sure your DVD player supports HDMI connection for compatibility with the TU7000. ^Tim

Look on the inputs when starting the tv dvd setting will be found by the tv. It did for mine. Then going to source will show it along with apps

you can connect a DVD as long as you have a HDMI cord
