“I bought this tv 2 years ago and have had no issues until recently. This TV is freezing constantly, the picture will freeze but the sound is still on. I’ve tried turning it on and off, rebooting the modem and router and nothing is helping. Suggestions?”

Honestly I always buy warranty with tvs as they always seem to go out at 4 years. Sorry this was not an answer to your?
