I've heard if descriptions says TV it does. It it says monitor it does not ? null

Yes it does, you will need to go a few step first : creating a new Samsung account, settling the account with the tv and go to the home button choose apps and download an app call my tune. Hope this help.

Yes it does. It is at bottom of specifications: “Digital Tuner”.
