Alrighty, I had the same issue. What you want to do is look in the HDMI ports, if you look close you can see that there are two metal tabs pushed against the middle HDMI port tab. You just need to push those two tabs down and unblock the HDMI. I hope this helps if you haven't gotten it yet.

The HDMI does not fit at all. Ports are too small and DO NOT FIT standard HDMI cable despite what they say.
