“I am looking at the Samsung 8000 series with the new style remotes with Alexa. I see that a lot of people seem to be complaining about this remote. I know the 7000 series has the more conventional one. Would like to know the pros and cons? Am Curious?”

I bought a 8000 series in a 43 inch. I hate the remote if you accidently tough it there goes the channel very annoying I bought the 7 series 50 inch took that 8 series outta my bedroom and put it in my office because during working hours I really didn't need to change the channel much only 3 stations I watch. Also you have to figure out how to mute and turn volume up and down way too much for me and that lady alexa NO she needs to go away the picture quality is not much of a difference from the 7 series I think they are selling the features more so on the 8 series.
