“4K high definition? How come my TV does not have anywhere near as much high definition as the store models on display? I have cable , and also over the air broadcast, and also stream some services. 1080p TV has more up close definiton”

Hi rich! 4K UHD resolution will largely depend on the content you are watching, and where you are watching it from. When watching cable or OTA broadcasts, some programs may be recorded in lower resolutions such as 1080p or 720p. Some streaming services such as Netflix offer select 4K programs as well.
