“The border on tv is rather wide not as shown on box, I cannot seem to get a full screen like it shows on line this is deceiving, I can only enlarge the picture for the menu guide why is this?”

Hi Fester! You can change the picture settings to be able to better fit your picture to your screen. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings. From there, you can adjust Picture Size, Fit to Screen, and Zoom and Position options. ^Gina
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your settings for the image ratio. You may have it on 4:3 or letterbox. If you use a cable box, same: check your settings as the TV can absolutely display an image full screen.
