“There is a protection film on the screen but it seems hard to remove it, we should leave it or not? I’m confused and scared to damage the screen.”

• Hi Amina, Mine did not come with a film over the screen, just two foam pieces to grip around the screen when setting it up. You can gently pry that off from both sides at once, after the TV is setup. It did have a peel on the bottom of film and that pulled off very easily.

• Mitou - If there is a film on your TV, you will see a blue tab in the upper left hand corner. Some TVs do come with film protectors, while some may not. ^Cris
