Any current owners can you comment on the sound? Can it hold it's own or is a sound bar an inevitable must have? null

The sound is good. However, I usually use headphones. I would invest in a "sound enhancement".

To me the sound is great and the picture is great as well. Never really thought about the need for a sound bar but then again that's just my opinion.

OK for a smaller room, but for a large room you would surely want a sound bar.

First TV that I've bought in a long time that I didn't think really needed a sound bar. The speakers are better than most.
