• YES, BUT, If you have the Total Tech package delivery, installation and removal of old tv is one of the benefits!

• Yes you can, but why would you want to pay them to take away your old TV? I would personally keep it as a backup, or sell it and make money off it instead of LOSING more money to have someone remove it
