We have recently installed one of each. Both are connected through their own Marantz home theatre to a BluRay, a Directv receiver, and other inputs, and both feed their audio to the Marantz via optical. Both receive Netflix and Prime through the same wifi connection. They are installed in different rooms ,which precludes a side to side comparison, but we see no discernible difference in audio, video or features.
