“TV picture comes up as soon as I turn it on. (No Samsung icon with dark screen.) Does this mean it is drawing electricity all the time and there is no energy saver feature?”

• Energy saver comes turned on from factory. We turned it off and pict vastly improved.

• It’s just how technology works now. The led doesn’t need to warm up like they used to, the energy efficient mode is in the picture settings it has the energy star logo next to the energy efficient setting
