• I choose the Samsung, but already had a Roku stick, so I'm good to go. One of these days all TV manufacturers will just use Roku, and go back to center pedestals. Sigh.

• I can only relate what I've read online but there seems to be a common thread regarding TCL's TVs in that you "roll the dice" when you purchase one when it comes to screen quality. Samsung is a known quantity to me and, for my intended purpose, Roku compatibility wasn't an issue.
