“Is the stand adjustable? I want to fit this TV on a 40" console and I see the distance between the feet is 39" and I'm afraid I'd be cutting it too close. I don't care about overhang.”

I have a wall mount that moves the television in and out from the wall. The way the tv is bolted to the mount it tips/angles it towards the ceiling so I do not mount it on a stand to “sit” in.
