“I am very unhappy that the product description does not show the control box and hanging wires from the tv to it. It's unsightly and a reason to return it. Also the advertisements for the framed tv implies that the frame comes with it- which it doesn't.”

Hi there - While The Frame TV’s included One Invisible Connection Cable is not rated for in-wall installation, an in-wall cable is available (Model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall. It also comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Sand Gold (Metal), Modern Brown, Modern Teak, & Modern White. ~ Samsung Specialist
