“The remote doesn't work unless I'm standing less than 4ft away from the front of the TV. Batteries replaced and verified good with a voltmeter. What can I do to increase the range.”

I think the remote is awful on this TV considering returning the tv because of it

Hi Fiddlemonkey, I recommend ensuring nothing is blocking the IR sensor, which is located below the Samsung Logo at the bottom of your TV. ~Samsung Advisor
