Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it's a bad tv. It's been great so far. Personal preference I guess. If you want a top of the line, ultra 4D, surround sound ... then yea, it's a 'bad" tv. This is a good quality tv.... not a theater replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know why. I bought this tv on open box sale & my family loves it my kids play Xbox & watch movies with surround sound. It's been an awesome tv for the price I paid that's for sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this TV back in March 2014 and by the end of 2016 I developed some smudge like clouds on the screen. I though it was dirty so I cleaned with TV cleaner (NO Alcohol) By now March 2017 the spots have increased on the screen. It is extremely visible when the background is light, for example a snow scene. Thank god I bought the 5 year warranty because once the Tech came he said my panel in the TV was failing and that it is very common for the "Samsungs" to have this problem. He also stated I should be glad that this particular thing happened because if it was grayish showing on a black scene, Samsung considers that problem "normal" and won't replace the TV. I asked my tech what TV's should I look at that have some reliability and he stated the LG or Sony products. As of right now they will replace my TV a LG 2160 actually an upgrade but the only money that I have to dish out again is for a warranty. You bet your bottom dollar I'll be getting that. Well I hope this is of use.
