Curved screen What does curved screen (as opposed to flat) get you?

For me the difference is night and day as far as the reflection on the screen. With my old flat screen I had to close the curtains to watch a movie if the sun was out but I can open every window and door in the house and there is no glare and because there is no glare the viewing range has really opened up and I am able to utilize the whole room.

Curved vs flat screen - curved screen allows you to stand/sit completely next to the tv while having a clear picture. No matter where you sit in a room your picture is crisp and clear at any angle

It immerses you in the movie or show, much like a theater screen would

It also gives you a great viewing angle. You'd think it would be less, but it's actually easier to see from the most common viewing angles.

You can see the screen from any angle !! It's great when you have a couch not directly in from of the tv

Curve display is definitely a new experience. As opposed to flat screen its merely a outer look factor.
