Netflix hook up should be easy. All we did was go to netflix on the TV's smart menu (if yours didn't come preloaded you can download it from the available apps), signed in, and it gave us an activation code. I went to my computer, jumped on the Netflix link given with the activation code, and entered the code there. That was it.

It has you create a samsung account for security purposes so you can connect devices, and it should let you send a digital copy of the owners manual to your email from there. It's a smart tv so it has a netflix app which has had issues in the past but the current update has it running smoothly.
