“Is there a protective film on the screen that needs to be peeled off? I have a blotchy look to it. I personally only see it when the screen is blue. Camera can't really pick it up. Looks like it fogged up under the layer.”

• There was a protective film around the frame of the tv, but no film was on the screen when we opened our box. Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

• I noted a film around the edges, 360 degrees. My TV did not have a film on the screen itself.
