• It's a mix of both. Nothing too fancy, but very user friendly. Has both a netflix button, and a prime video button. Also has a button for Samsung TV Plus which I thought was a pretty cool program, free movies and shows. No sign up required.

• Hi Subverb, This TV has an infrared standard remote without voice technology. It has all the functionality of a normal remote and can change inputs, volume, channels, etc. Cheers, ^Scott
