Does it have a web browser ? null

Yes. The app, "internet" is located at the far right of the home bar which holds the other streaming and tv apps. You'd want to pair a keyboard and/or mouse with this tv if you used it a lot because navigating the on screen keyboard with the arrow keys on the remote is too slow and frustrating. I just don't have a keyboard and mouse to use.
