“Tv is 55”. Why does it say width is 48.4”

• 55 is diagonal lenght.

• Hi there, It is industry standard to measure the TV diagonally when measuring the TV screen size. The TV, when measured diagonally, is 54.6" across. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding! ~Samsung Advisor
