“I have two questions: 1. can I download the PBS app on this tv? 2. My husband's hearing aids can connect to devices via Bluetooth. Will that work with this tv or a smaller size of this tv?”

The PBS does work, but you cannot view live shows, just those that are streamed. I don't know about the hearing aid.
