• Hard to help. Both boxes need to be powered on and connected together with the fiber cable. Niether box will power up unless the cable is connected to both boxes.

I love this 4K TV. Movies are super clear and with 240 refresh no blur at all. I could go on and on, I only say that Geek Squad is tops and worth every penny.
