Q: QuestionNeed help from ones who spent 2K for this TV. Typically 55" TV cost ~$400-$500 and you pick 3 times more money for Frame. I think Art is what driven you to buy? Does the TV lives to the expectation? Is it really a piece of ART or good marketing? Thanks
Asked by BostonGuy.
- A:Answer Just posted a luke-warm review of the product. Although it's better than a blank TV, it's not a realistic artwork hanging on the wall. Whether it's worth 2 or 3 times than a regular TV is relative to one's disposable income, and level of geekiness. I also stood in line for an overpriced iPhone X.

Q: QuestionIs there a choice of frame mats? All the examples given are white. I'm assuming this is digitally generated, so I'd think this would be controllable, though I didn't find a mention about it.
Asked by Mark888.
- A:Answer According to Samsung's website, yes, there is a range of color choices for the "matting". :-)

Q: QuestionI viewed the TV at the store and noticed it was constantly auto-dimming. The employee who worked in the TV department could not figure out how to stop it. Has anyone heard of there being an issue with this?
Asked by Sophie.
- A:Answer Hey Sophie, this is a feature called Eco Solution. It can be turned off. I have attached a link to the user's manual. The information you need can be found on page 71. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201702/20170209110513585/ENG_US-KTMATSCL-1.0.6.pdf ^Rosi

Q: QuestionDoes the "One Box" fit behind the TV allowing for a flush mount to the wall?
Asked by MarkD.
- A:Answer No, the backside of the TV (the monitor) is flat with no provision to “hide” the controller box. The only way to hide the box is to have a niche cutout behind the TV. The controller is about as long as a shoebox, and about two-thirds the width. The height is about 1-1/2”. Samsung provides a very thin wire to connect the TV to the controller. It is almost invisible. If the controller is anywhere near the TV, you will be able to route the wire inconspicuously. The cable is not HDMI, it is proprietary to Samsung. The thinnest wire I’ve ever seen in AV use. About half the diameter of a spaghetti noodle.

Q: QuestionWhere does the power come from? Is the only connection the single clear thread, with no other power cables?
Asked by Power.
- A:Answer The TV needs a 120v power source and the "ONE CONNECT" needs a power source.

Q: QuestionThe commercial for this shows absolutely no cords coming off of this, so I'm wondering how it runs without an electrical cord? Or is the commercial misleading?
Asked by Kimberly.
- A:Answer Misleading for sure. There are two cords. One for power and one for the one connect box.
