“Does the TV have a built in tuner? And I’ve read reviews that it doesn’t truly fit flush against the wall, even with the No Gap Wall Mount. Is this true?”

You can hook up an external antenna or download any of the apps such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon for your content . There are dozens of apps to choose from. It generally fits flush against the wall, except for maybe 1/32 of an inch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Can't speak to the tuner issue as I only use an Apple TV with the product, but it does fit flush against the wall. However, the connections and "brain" of the tv are located in a separate box (Samsung One Connect Box) which attaches to the tv via a thin cable. That's fine if you are hanging the frame over a cabinet, but not so cool if you're hanging it over a fireplace, as I did. Fortunately for me, I have an in-wall center channel under the tv that I was able to remove and have access to the inside of the wall behind the TV, where I was able to hang the One Connect box and to install a power receptacle..
