You should really have a talk with the folks at Best Buy and find out for sure what the delivery persons will or will not do. Most of the time the basic delivery is limited to bringing the TV into the house or apartment, and placing the sealed box in the room in which the TV will sit. For installation onto a wall mounting bracket, it is very likely Best Buy will send the TV over with members of the Geek Squad, who will mount the TV, but at an extra cost.

It was worth purchasing, since it will discount TV mounting to $49.99 rather than $149.99. Since I’m getting another TV and mount in a few months, the discount in mounting pays for the tech support. I also purchased a full motion mount from Best Buy, so the answer to your question is yes.
