The difference between the 6000 series and the 7000 series will be the frame around the screen. The quality of the frame, stand, and screen itself gets better the higher the series is. It's a great enough product to have as your main tv, but if impressing guests is what you are going for then it would be worth going a series higher. I would also recommend pairing with a Samsung sound bar.
