Spectrum app makes a ‘dumb’ tv watchable now with their change to all digital. However, you have little control over the use within the app. For example, you won’t be able to simply key in the channel number. You will need to scroll through the guide or the channels of find what you want and then select. The biggest complaint I have with the app is it takes 3-4 tries to get the app working each time you turn the tv on for viewing.
