You can use the built in Bluetooth connectivity to make a connection to wireless headpones or speakers. I connect to my wireless Bose QC35 without any issues or lag at all.

It only has one fiber optic output from the one connect. I had to buy an audio converter that converts the fiber optic to RCA and change the audio output settings on the Tv to PCM for my Turtle Beaches to work. If you have a sound bar or stereo that has a fiber optic input with RCA or auxillary output you shouldnt have to buy a converter! I got my converter at Best Buy for $30 (plus fiber optic cable)
